New Poster that my Cousin, Albert Joe Roman , designed for the World Premiere of Slasher Days of Summer Film !!! I am SO Happy with how it turned out!!
I'm toying with the idea of having this printed out and having copies for attendees of the Premiere!!

Road To Domination Continues...
Today was, by far, the BUSIEST Day at REPS Fitness since before the "Dark Times"!!! The Gym was steady all day and people came in waves!! We had Members, Clients, Trainers, Families and Babies(👶) all working out and having a GREAT TIME doing it!!! As soon as you walked thru our doors, you got SMACKED by all the Positive Electric Fun Energy that was emanating throughout!! It reminds me of why I got into this Career in the first place!! I LOVE, in essence, changing people's lives for the better and having so much Fun doing it!! I was so busy that I didn't get q chance to take a Gym Selfie with everybody! So, here's the pic I took yesterday!!🤣💪

Road To Domination Continues...
Throughout the last 7 Years, there have been quite a few REPS Family members that have come in and out of our doors! Some of them stay for a few months and others stick around for a few years!! Every once in a while, they come back! I'd like to think that's a credit to the Culture that I've cultivated at REPS Fitness !! No matter where you go, you'll always be considered Family and are always Welcomed Back with open arms!! I'm still running the Membership Special of $10/Month for a 12 Month Membership and I'm running a 3 Month for $40 Get In Shape for Summer Special!! I also have a few slots left open for PT!!

Road To Domination Continues...
One of my Favorite Perks of my Job is when a Client trusts me enough to Train their Family Members!!
Throughout my Career, I've been fortunate enough to Train whole Families a few different times!! Alex has been with me for a couple of years now! When he first came to me, he couldn't lift 8lb Dumbells because of previous medical issues and surgeries! Now, he can do every exercise with, next to, no discomfort AND he can put up some Big Boy Weights!! Today, we started Alex's wifey, Rosmary , on her Fitness Journey!! They brought their two boys with them and I even put the oldest to work!! So, it was a Family Affair!!
I can't wait to see where we go from here!!💪

Here we are almost halfway thru February already 🤯!!!
2024 is going to go by FAST!! The REPS Family is Killin' It day in and day out!!! Giovanni has injected a new burst of energy into this facility and it's permeating thru everybody here!! We have some New Equipment that he has been gracious enough to supply us with!! Who doesn't love new toys to play with?? I've started implementing them in my Clients' workouts and they've been LOVING IT so far!!

Road To Domination Continues...
The Gym was on 🔥F**KING FIRE🔥 today!! This month has been very telling on how it's going to go til the Summer!! I'm not lying when I say that I was a little nervous at the lack of inquiries the first couple of weeks of the year!😔 But, these last couple of weeks has, completely, changed my outlook on this Season!!
We're getting New REPS Family members, practically, daily!! This is what the f**k I'm talking about!!
Believe me when I tell you that you're NOT going to find a Gym that has EVERYTHING that you need to meet any Fitness Goals that you may have!! We've established a Friendly, Fun & Supportive Culture here!!
On top of that, everybody that walks through these doors works their Asses Off to get in the Beat Shape that they can!! We've got some Fantastic Trainers (myself included 😁) that are VERY Knowledgeable and can get you where you need to be!!
If you're reading this and have been thinking about getting on an Exercise Program either by yourself or with a Trainer,
