Join us once a month at 8:00 AM with for a guided meditation practice designed to support and deepen your personal meditation journey. Each session will explore different meditation approaches, offering variety and exposure to new techniques. There will be time for guided practice, quiet reflection, and optional sharing.
The goal of these sessions is to strengthen your ongoing at-home practice, provide consistency between more intensive meditation offerings, and create a supportive community space for continued growth. Whether you are building a new practice or sustaining an existing one, this class is designed to help you stay connected and grounded throughout the month.
