Give Blood, Give Life

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center patients require more than 17,000 blood product transfusions each year. The need for blood and platelets at Roswell Park is enormous as these vital, life-saving blood components cannot be manufactured, and our patients have a consistent need for them. We need dedicated; caring donors to provide Roswell Park patients with the gift of life. By making a donation at The Donor Center at Roswell Park, you are contributing to the life-saving care of a person who needs you! We are grateful to the many loyal donors who continue to support our program and we are eager to welcome new donors!

The Donor Center at Roswell Park was established in 1964. Founded by Dr. Elias Cohen, we are among the three oldest platelet collection facilities in the country. The Donor Center has a professional and very experienced staff, so donors can expect a high level of expertise, rigorous standards of care, compassion, and dignity with each donation.
