My passion is helping people to get out of pain so they can get back to their favorite sports and activities! I provide one hour physical therapy sessions so I can look at the way your whole body moves, find compensation patterns and help break the cycle of pain you are in! I pay special attention to the way you breathe and use your core muscles to help you function better from your core out to your extremities. And I also assess your feet to help you move better from the ground up. I specialize in treating foot pain because I feel the is a misunderstood part of our bodies. Rather than propping up our feet in stiff cushioned shoes with arch supports and orthotics, most people would benefit from getting their feet stronger so they can move well from the ground up and unleash their full potential!

Instead zoom out.

Get your feet checked out: do they move & support you well?

If they’re not interacting with the ground well this can cause major problems with your knee.

And if your hips or spine aren’t moving well āž”ļø they can also affect your knee.

This is why I recommend a whole body approach: it helps you go after WHY you have pain so you can finally overcome it & get back to long walks, runs & adventures.

Often the area that hurts is the victim, it’s just compensating for another body part that’s not doing its job.

Whether being athletic means chasing your kids around or performing at an elite level of sports: āŒ do not ignore your feet.

They affect how your whole body moves from the ground up & can be the missing link to the speed, agility & stamina you want.

If your feet are stiff & weak they can cause pain in your knees, hips or spine.

If they don’t absorb shock they can drain you of energy.

When your feet don’t interact with the ground well they can contribute to balance problems & make you injury prone.

When you ignore them you’re leaving a lot on the table.

My passion is to teach you more about your body so that you can rid yourself of pain and injury, and enjoy life more!

I provide thorough evaluation of your posture, movement patterns, breath patterns, muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

I look for compensation patterns using NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy Ā®). I am the only physical therapist in the Buffalo NY area that is certified in NKT Level 2. Most of us have many dysfunctional movement patterns, my goal is to zone in on the most important ones in your body, to help you get out of pain faster.
