A healing grid for Restoration.
1. Restoration of trust – Inviting in honesty, accountability, and follow-through—small actions that slowly rebuild faith where it’s been damaged.
2. Restoration of community - Re-learning how to coexist, support, and knowing showing up matters more than winning arguments.
3. Restoration of dialogue: Bringing curiosity back into communication, listening to understand, not to defeat.
4. Restoration of balance — Emotionally, economically, spiritually. Restoration calls for rest, boundaries, and sustainable rhythms.
