This can be for any level, but we will be focusing on some basics.

Let’s start thinking about Spring!

Starting April 8th at 6:00am - our next private group starts!

Every level is welcome.

This groups focus is offering support and accountability for the folks who need an extra push to get out of bed and get to barre!

Three classes a week are included in your 10 week session ($8 a class?!?!!!) two HITT barre classes and one slow flow yoga.

Bonus. Peep the prizes!!!!

Every participant gets a complimentary laser service (on one small area) and we will raffle off a hydro facial for the barre(tender) who attends all 30 classes or gets closest.
