Blink exercises?!?! What are those? It’s the 20-20-20 rule. After 20 minutes of being on your screen, you should take a 20 rest and look 20 seconds in the distance. I also told my patient that they should do several rounds of tightly, squeezing their eyes together. This routine relaxes eye muscles and boosts blinking frequency 👀

Personally speaking: my blink breaks also in involve dancing 💃🏾! Both are evidence-based. Probably. 😳.
