Want to know what you can do besides medication to help your dry eye. Studies have shown that a diet high in antioxidants, turmeric, and Vitamin C were found helpful in improving tear production and decreasing the inflammation that leads to dry eye.

I’m not a chef or a smoothie extraordinaire, but here’s the recipe scoop.
1 1/2 cup flaxseed milk, 1 cup frozen mangos, 1 ripe banana, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric, cinnamon to taste. I also put ice cold water so more drinkable. Hope you enjoy!
