Winter is the time of year when many people schedule a Reiki treatment session to renew their energy and restore their inner calm. We are all light beings and we need the nourishment of light to survive. Most people would be aware that we need to get some exposure to direct sunlight everyday for good health. The benefit of direct sunlight is taught in basic, school physiology. Along with the production of Vitamin D there are a myriad of other functions dependent on light. But we also need access to other light frequencies to nourish the Human Biofield and in turn our body.

Michael was at my work today I first noticed him hovering above the crown chakra of each employee spending 2 to 5 minutes with each one i did not no it was the arc angel himself at first but Feltham prescense and was showing himself as a floating orb to me

Archangel Michael whose name in Hebrew literally means: “Who is as God” is an incredible being of Cosmic Intelligence. When we're in his presence we naturally question the truth of our nature and what is required to further progress and “be as God” more in our individual lives.
Archangel Michael is one of the most popular and well known beings of the Angelic Heirarchy today, because he is the Zeitgeist or Spirit of our present age. He is also one of seven archangels referenced in the Hebrew tradition, and he is the only angel mentioned by name in the Bible, three times in Daniel, a book of the Old Testament Bible and in the New Testament in the Book of Revelation.
In addition to being in the Bible, he is also referenced by name in the Torah, and in the book of the Qur'an as being a protector against evil, and a warrior of God!
But although references of St Michael can be found in religion, you don't have to be religious to have a connection with Michael, whose presence “is as God” meaning he shines with incredible Divine energy and can help you to shine more of your truth and Divine Light.
Actually, he is one of the easiest Archangels to hear and connect with, as his purpose revolves around helping humanity directly in the present age. He also connects through and draws power from the Sun and oversees activating higher cognition and awareness for the entire collective of humanity.
As a result he is deeply committed to helping humanity grow, unlock clairvoyant perception, access Christ Light, and increase in vibration, and as such is a wonderful ally as we each as individuals journey cultivate and all forth heaven on earth in the here and now.

How to Call Upon Archangel Michael

Michael oversees guardian angels and for this reason is sometimes called the Prince of the Heavenly Host. He will directly, or through directing members of the Heavenly Host to assist you, help you to release lower energies of fear or worry so that you can open to experience the incredible love and light of the Higher Realms.
If you are wanting to connect with Michael the Archangel, remember that he is a highly evolved spiritual being and Master of Christ Light. In other words, approach him with the respect, reverence and humility you would a highly evolved spiritual master living as a physical being.
With this in mind, he is very approachable and can help support you in many areas of your experience so you can be of service at a higher level, and live a more fulfilling, rewarding, joyful and enlightened existence, day by day making progress to bring more truth and light to the surface of your experience.
One thing to keep in mind is that the power of Michael is in alignment with the Middle Path and the Highest Christed Light. He is ready and willing to assist those who are ready and willing to grow and evolve… But he is NOT a magical genie who is on hand to perform parlor tricks or to validate your previous beliefs and faith. He desires to help you grow and become more aligned with the highest Truth of who you really are so you can carry our your Divine mission and purpose for being in the physical in the first place.

Michael's light is also incredibly powerful, and can easily cut through distortion, negativity, fear and doubt… So if you do find yourself in fear, worry or insecurity Michael with his sword of light can be a profound ally for helping cut away the fearful attachments which bind you.
When you do call on “Mee-Ka-El” which is seen as the correct pronunciation in many lineages and traditions… Do so with respect, but also knowing that he is not limited by time and space in the same way that we as physical beings are.
In other words, have faith that he can and will help and guide multiple people at the same time while also carrying out his tasks and duties in the holy battle against satan and the forces of evil across dimensions.
I mention this because while he is soooo powerful and so profound, there is no task too big or small for angels, so never think that you are wasting his time by calling upon him close as long as your intention and request comes from the right place … Faith in the process of growth through your experience, and a sincere desire to search for truth and grow and develop.

When To Call Upon Archangel Michael

There aren't rules about when you can and cannot call on Michael (even in the Bible, when and how to ask for help is not outlined) .
That being said he is a great ally to call upon if you are seeking to grow, evolve, raise your vibration and come into alignment with more of the Truth of who you can really be and become as a Divine being incarnate in the physical.
Through this lens, he has powerful support to give in releasing negativity, cleansing out distorted energy, or simply boosting your courage and willpower needed to take action and create positive changes in alignment with your highest path and light.

My Experience With Archangel Michael

Michael is the first angel I ever channeled… He came to me at a point in my journey when I felt very alone, lost and discouraged. I wanted to change myself and my personal experience for the better but did not know where to begin.
I prayed for help, and Archangel Michael answered with incredible love, encouragement, and clarity. Even now that I have learned to work and connect with many different angels, Michael still feels like one of the closest Angels to me, always coming in clearly with profound transmissions of knowledge, wisdom, truth and incredible frequency.
When I connect with Michael, his energy feels warm and loving to me. He has a fiery spirit and will greet you with unconditional love regardless of your current circumstances.
His energy is that of light and blue fire. I see his presence carrying the color of a firey blue light like you would see in a flame… His energy also carries the color red because it is so firey… And so of course, the blue and red combined can sometimes be seen as purple as well.
One of the interesting things about connecting with Michael is that his presence carries the peace and silence of the realms of Heaven. His guidance is vast and incomprehensible in its full extent by our limited human perception, and yet when you receive the vast guidance and “spiritual downloads” from him you can trust that he will be close by to help you to continue to unpack and integrate the multi-layered guidance and wisdom as you're ready to understand it more and more.

How to Work With Archangel Michael

Working with Michael is something that unfolds in layers. He can even help you to deepen your connection with him if you are ready and you ask him for assistance.
But as with all Archangelic beings, the way to begin working with them is to ask for them to connect with you.
The good news is, that when you do you will discover that the angelic realm is close by, and when you ask for support and assistance with sincerity, respect and clear intent… Archangel Michael is willing and able to support you!
A simple prayer for invoking the presence of this powerful being is:
“Beloved Archangel Michael. Thank you for so many blessings. I call on you now for your guidance and assistance. Come close and help me to see how I may become more God like, how I may evolve and grow to be of service at a higher level and shine with more Truth and Divine Presence in each and every moment.”

Once you say these words aloud or in your mind, notice how you feel… and tune into your subtle senses. If you ask… your angels will always answer, but perhaps not in the way you expect.
Angels exist in a realm that is somewhat finer and lighter than our physical dimension… but you are definitely able to tune into the angelic realm and with practice and intention you can learn to clearly see, hear, sense and know in the higher realms.
Once you connect with Michael, let him know the situation you would like help with… but be open to how the help appears. Sometimes angelic help does come in the form of miraculous direct intervention. Other times the wisdom, healing and insight is more subtle; in the form of a recurring idea, a chance meeting, or even in the form of a feeling.
Just know that a full communication from this powerful spiritual being will be beyond what you can comprehend in a moment. Be open and willing for layers and complexities of Divine knowledge to be revealed to you above your head and available in greater extents as you raise your vibration and become more centered and clear.

“Welcome friend. I am Archangel Michael and I offer you my protection now and always.
At this time, allow your awareness to center, focus your awareness deep in the center your heart, and allow your heart to open.

Archangel Michael may swoop into our lives any time we’re experiencing negativity. Perhaps you’re struggling to find peace, or maybe a loved one recently passed. Maybe you’re facing a tough decision or need help during a crisis.
Whatever trials life hands you, you can call upon the power of the Angels to provide guidance and reassurance.
Though many Angels will reach out and communicate with us in times of need, here’s how to know if Archangel Michael himself is directly connecting with you.

1. You hear a persistent voice that won’t fade

Hear a strong voice within you? That could be Archangel Michael. He makes sure that his voice is heard loud and clear. Unlike other Angels who often sheath their messages in mystery and intrigue, Archangel Michael gets straight to the point. His voice is undeniably loud, bold and blunt. He tells it like it is, and tailors his message so that there’s no guessing about what he’s saying or how you should proceed.
In some cases, this voice may feel like the booming sound of thunder. But other times, it may appear as a whisper from nowhere. However you hear him, know that his message always comes from a place of love.

2. You find physical signs

Messages from Archangel Michael can be heard and seen. He leaves physical signs – like the sprinkling of breadcrumbs – to help you decipher his message and trust your instinct.
Many of us rely on physical signs to confirm that what we feel is real. Our Angels choose the signs they display, and it’s up to us to take notice. Some may be more subtle than others, but they will stand out in their own unique way (that is, if we’re paying attention!). Seeing is believing as the saying goes, and Michael is more than happy to deliver.
Since Archangel Michael is a Divine protector, his signs often center around calmness and protection. He may also keep sending different physical signs, like feathers, until you feel at peace with his message
You notice heightened tones of blue and purple

Angel lights are usually pure, white bursts of light that look like shimmering flashes. But more powerful Angels, like Archangel Michael, have colored lights that relate to their individual Divine purpose. For Archangel Michael, these lights are blue and purple, which represent his powerful aura of protection. Notably, these are also colors that we associate with truth, honesty and calmness – all qualities that this Archangel embodies.

4. You feel a warm, tingly sensation

Archangel Michael’s presence is just as clear and bold as his voice. Pay attention to how you feel when Archangel Michael is present and guiding you in life. When he’s near, you’ll likely have a warm, tingly sensation wash over you, leaving feelings of incredible satisfaction, peace and joy. You might even sense a positive shift in your energy and mood.
Archangel Michael is also the Archangel of the Sun, the source of all warmth. In mortal culture, Michael is often depicted with a sword on fire. So it’s no surprise that people report feeling immense heat when he’s speaking to them (some even start sweating!). You know the Martha & the Vandellas’ song Heat Wave? Yeah, that’s how you’ll feel.

5. You are overcome with an overwhelming sense of peace

Archangel Michael is the great protector, so there’s no doubt that feelings of peace, comfort and positivity will come over you in his presence. We feel safe when Michael is near because he guards us from all forms of harm and negativity.
Imagine being embraced and shielded from evil by Michael’s immense Angel wings. How wonderful is that? We’re wrapped in his cocoon of love and protection, which can instantly dry tears, calm hearts and quiet nerves. This feeling of peace and reassurance is truly a gift.

6. You keep running into Michaels

Does it seem like you meet a Michael everywhere you go? Do you consistently see the name on the internet? Or hear it on repeat on TV? That could be a sign that this Archangel is making his presence known.
Not too long ago, I was teaching an Angel course at a conference and I felt compelled to keep speaking about Archangel Michael, which is a bit unusual for me. It turned out that Archangel Michael wanted me to deliver a special message to a woman in the audience whose boyfriend had recently passed. His name was also Michael.
Never underestimate the magic of synchronicity!

Is Archangel Michael with you?

The presence of one or two of these signs isn’t enough of an indication that Archangel Michael is walking alongside you. Keep tally of the Archangel Michael’s signs showing up in your life. The more you experience (especially in close proximity), the greater the chance that he’s walking alongside you at that moment in time. Chances are that the whispers you hear, the colors you see, the heat you feel, the signs you discover, and the unmatched feeling of peace are more than just coincidence.
Remember, you can always invite Archangel Michael (or any of the Angels!) to help bring peace and comfort in a time of need. The more in tune you are with yourself and the more open your mind, the better you’ll be able to trust, listen and act upon the Angelic guidance you receive.

To some degree, all relationships require mutual love. There are 8 types of love: Agapé, Éros, Philía, Storgē, Ludus, Mania, Pragma and Philautia. Problems arise from its simplification, not being specific, which can lead to crossing-over of definitions. Without being able to accurately discern love from tamed lust, the ego can do seemingly unintentional harm to each one's subconscious. Following the domino effect, be mindful of the latent effects of every action or thought.

Agape (white) is unconditional love, used to describe the love of God and our love for Him. It causes self-sacrifice and the unwillingness to abandon. It shows affection to the soul, the reason for 'namaste', and generates mutual respect for everyone. It is universal, including nature and animals, unlimited.

Pragmatic (red) lovers feel the need to be of service, finding value in practicality. It is expressed by working together for a common goal, aiding in the longevity of relationships. It forms a tendency to select or reject partners based on compatible traits and desirable attributes. It can lead to having expectations or seeing relationships as an exchange of utility rather than a mutual, loving bond, using relationships merely for survival and to avoid loneliness.

Eros (orange) is seen most often between husband and wife, but can be platonic. It is more physical, honoring romantic beauty, and is often mistaken for lust and animalistic urges. This carnal understanding often leads to broken families or a controlling partner. Proper eros is founded on trust and sanctity of the mind. A partnership with its foundation on eros does not last long, fading with the 'honeymoon phase'.

Philia (yellow) is more conditional, based on friendship and extends to those with the same core beliefs. It comes from having a special interest in someone, more than just an acquaintance. To not feel lonely in the world, friends who can understand you and share deep thoughts are necessary. With ego, it allows seeing every friend as a potential s*xual partner.

Storge (green) creates a bond with family members and the community. It is natural, almost like it's obligatory. As it ties us to our respective culture, it can be a hindrance to spiritual growth, but can be expressed through charity and mutual support. This love includes the implied relationship between members of the body of Christ and those who seek Truth.

Ludus (blue) is playful, literally meaning "game". It is shown as wanting to have indoor/outdoor fun, pulling harmless pranks, etc. It is uncommitted, being more focused on experiences and activities than the individual, but includes Philia as it develops friendships from acquaintances. It includes eros as it develops partnerships from friendships, being coy and flirtatious.

Philautia (indigo) is self-love, of which there are two types. Through ego, it becomes narcissism or prideful arrogance, being focused on personal fame or fortune or overindulgence in sensual desires of the flesh. It promotes self-confidence, self-worth and self-security, and it includes self-sacrifice, or doing things for your health (mental or physical) that you don't really want to do. In it is found our purpose and through it is self-gnosis and its intrinsic intuition.

Mania (violet) is about esteem, speaking highly of one's partner, and includes ludus and eros. It gives the apparent need of someone in your life, and, in excess, leads to codependency and obsessive jealousy, causes impulsiveness and delusions, usually stemming from an unhappy childhood or anxious loneliness. It can be overwhelming, and those in mania are easily manipulated by those in ludus.

The search for a soulmate to reciprocate all types of love in healthy balance can lead to depression if focus is external. Though it is possible to find in the physical/social environment, it is more important to develop one's psyche as its own soulmate, unifying the divine masculine and feminine principles with that from which they come.

In the intellectual world are invisible spiritual counterparts of the creatures which inhabit the elemental world. Therefore, the lowest exhibits the highest, the corporeal declares the intellectual, and the invisible i,. made manifest by its works. For this reason the Egyptians made images of substances existing in the inferior sensible world to serve as visible exemplars of superior and invisible powers.

To the corruptible images they assigned the virtues of the incorruptible divinities, thus demonstrating arcanely that this world is but the shadow of God, the outward picture of the paradise within. All that is in the invisible archetypal sphere is revealed in the sensible corporeal world by the light of Nature.

Kundalini

The RISING of the Kundalini SERPENT ENERGY travels through the CHAKRAS, brain stem, thalamus and then connects with the PINEAL GLAND. The SERPENT was believed to regulate the Pineal Gland and thus enable the enlightened to see with their THIRD EYE. Our inner oil (Christos) is the oil that's needed to LIGHT our eternal flame, aside from abstinence the oil was believed to be reactive to mental states, this is another reason why society is geared towards stress and fear. The construct of our world has been structured in such a way as to prevent us lighting the eternal flame, to become enlightened. Indeed, it is said that by her anger a mother can poison her own breast milk, mind over matter.

With the passing of each twenty nine and half days, the body produces a seed that is born within the solar plexus. This seed is absorbed by the nerves of the (or branches) of the pneumo gastric nerve, giving birth to the fruit of the tree of life. Through our abstinence, our actions and mindstate the fruit will bloom and grow to reach the Pineal Gland. If eaten or consumed by the seven deadly sins, by promiscuity, alcohol, and gluttony, it will cause the body to ferment acid and thus bring death to the seed; no drunkard can inherit the Kingdom of Heaven for alcohol eats the fruit from the tree of life. Indeed the destructive and corruptive force of alcohol is known to contributing factor behind the fall of the native Americans.

The word secret is derived from secretion, the secretions of the holy bodies Christos oil, a connection of secretion that reveals the secret. As the energy rises it connects the and the Pineal Gland, climbing through the spines 33 interlocking vertebrae and towards the pineal seat of enlightenment.

It should come as no surprise that there are 33 degrees of or that Jesus died at 33, the truth of the kingdom within is always hidden in plain sight. Incidentally, the 33rd vertebrae is named Atlas and this alludes to the giant Atlas whom holds the world atop his shoulders, indeed we hold the responsibility for the world upon our collective shoulders and the power to change it within our minds.

We can also find this concept hidden within the biblical story of Jacob's ladder, once he climbed the ladder Jacob proclaimed.

So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, saying, “For I have seen God face to face, and yet my life has been delivered.” Genesis 32:30

The Cerebellum

The cerebellum is heart shaped, our thoughts shape our heart, shape our lives. If we are locked down within the lower resonances of thought we are thinking below the solar plexus and held within the kingdom of earth. If we remain lost in thoughts of material pleasure we become materialistic, narcissistic and thus impede our enlightenment. To live without sin is to forgo excess, to understand that when combined with love the act of s*x is an expression of divinity and that motherhood is the culmination of the holy trinity, the holy vessel.

Within the ancient priest class they lived within the higher VIBRATORY resonance of the "SEVEN VIRTUES", believing that s*x was the highest form of divinity and should only practiced for procreation; by making this sacrifice they believed they attained a state of perpetual enlightenment.

The Cerebrum

The lotus flower is indicative of the cerebrum, the petals of the flower/cerebrum carry vibrations and relay them to the body of the flower/brain. Millions of our cerebrum petals lie tightly closed to the vibratory nature of our reality, awaiting for a day when they can once again bloom.

The optic within the thalamus is the heart of the flower (think Hindu Bindi), the jewel is the eye of the flower and the human brain cord it's stem. rises through the spinal cord and out through our inner doorway, the door of Brahman. The opening of the cerebrum petals are indicative of higher PSYCHIC function.
