We often get asked, "How many sessions before I feel a change?"
While this of course varies from person to person and depends on a variety of factors, we do have a recommended approach for jumpstarting your healing and getting the most out of your sessions!
We highly recommend starting out with your first 3 appointments weekly; an Initial Assessment and 2 follow ups. This helps allow you and your practitioner ample time to dive into your history, your symptoms, your goals, and what a future plan for treatment and maintaining your progress looks like.
Our practitioners highly value continuity of care. We love to help you get back to feeling your best, and then work with you to help you stay feeling your best.
Your practitioner will work with you and your lifestyle needs to map out what the best timing for following up would be, and will be here for you through any ups, downs, or changes.
