My ADDism often manifests in my mind in a kaleidoscope of different colors, patterns and ideas that have no relation to each other. However when I am able to take those invisible patterns in my head and express them in some visible form where I can observe them, a set of words, pictures or thoughts, I am always amazed at how I can see how they magically connect into a pattern of creative, divergent ways of thinking that open up new doors of possibilities.

Why not pay attention to what ignites your passionate interest and is aligned with a positive intention that helps you fulfill a heartfelt, beneficial purpose to you and others. When you do, you activate your ADHD brain and create positive momentum that could take you to places you never thought were possible.
