Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep renewal. In the busyness of daily life, stress and tension can accumulate within us. Deep relaxation is an opportunity for your body to rest, heal, and restore itself. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through a soothing deep relaxation meditation infused with live song. Through this practice, you’ll be invited to gently release stress, welcome ease into your body, and send gratitude and care to every cell. This class offers a peaceful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness. When we allow ourselves to truly rest, healing becomes possible.
