Daniella will be teaching our NEW Power Yoga class Fridays at 6am!

Daniella has been practicing yoga for almost 5 years, she began as a way to cool down after weight lifting, but it quickly transformed her life. 🧘♀️
⚪️
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training earlier this year, specializing in Power Yoga. Her class is focused on building strength, aligning your energy ,and stepping into your own personal power. Her favorite poses are backbends and inversions, and she loves the community of people that she has found through yoga.

She is currently studying to be a Registered Dietitian at Buffalo State, minoring in Health Promotion and Human Biology. She loves to spend time in nature, watercolor paint, and visit local coffee shops.
