Need help getting into movement this year? Discovered some new pain with your mat classes? Want to increase your cardio but a little nervous to start? These classes are just for you!

Beginner Cycling Class- easy paced class where will review basics of the bike, proper form, recognizing your heart rate and RPE and common cardiovascular goals during our workouts. Most importantly we want you to feel comfortable with cardio and working your heart out!
🔴
Pain Free Mat Class- Go through common positions and exercises on the mat with . We will review proper form, which muscles you should be targeting and which muscles you definitely should not be feeling (like your neck). If you only ever feel your neck or your low back during core exercises this class is definitely for you!

Each class is 30 minutes long and $5! You can sign up on our website or if you’re a member head to “Events” in the app.

Come join our free cocktail and chat party! Grab a non-alcholic beverage and grab a seat as we all learn the most recent info about hormone replacement in postmenopausal women.

Hannah Peck is a graduate student in Gannon University’s Physician Assistant program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Gannon, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry before continuing her education to become a physician assistant.

As part of her master’s thesis, Hannah was tasked with selecting a topic she is passionate about and presenting it to the community in an educational and impactful way. She chose to focus on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in postmenopausal women, a subject close to her heart. Menopause is a natural phase of life experienced by millions of women worldwide, yet it remains widely misunderstood and often overlooked in both public discourse and clinical practice.

Motivated by the existing gap in awareness and education, Hannah is dedicated to advocating for women’s health. She is enthusiastic about sharing evidence-based information to help women better understand their options and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Her presentation will cover specifics of menopause as a metabolic process as well as how hormone replacement therapy works in the emale body. This presentation also provides information about delivery, dosing, and different therapy options available to women.

Daniella will be teaching our NEW Power Yoga class Fridays at 6am!
(Virtual option is available for members)

Daniella has been practicing yoga for almost 5 years, she began as a way to cool down after weight lifting, but it quickly transformed her life. 🧘‍♀️
⚪️
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training earlier this year, specializing in Power Yoga. Her class is focused on building strength, aligning your energy ,and stepping into your own personal power. Her favorite poses are backbends and inversions, and she loves the community of people that she has found through yoga.
⚪️
She is currently studying to be a Registered Dietitian at Buffalo State, minoring in Health Promotion and Human Biology. She loves to spend time in nature, watercolor paint, and visit local coffee shops.
⚪️
Come flow with us Friday mornings! Her first class this Friday, 9/26, is FREE!
