Day 4 — Stop Worrying & Don’t Be a Perfectionist

When I was a kid, my mom and I went to pick out a Christmas tree while it was snowing. We thought we had found the perfect tree — full, beautiful, absolutely flawless.

Then we got it home…
the snow melted…
and let’s just say… it was not the beauty we thought it was.
Crooked, sparse, a little sad-looking.

But you know what?
I barely remember the tree.
What I do remember is how much fun we had picking it out — laughing, freezing, dragging it home like we’d won the lottery.

That memory taught me something important:

✨ Perfection doesn’t matter — the joy does.
✨ The small ā€œflawsā€ rarely matter in the big picture.
✨ And sometimes the imperfect things end up being the best stories.

We are so hard on ourselves — especially this time of year.
The decorations have to be perfect, the house spotless, the plans flawless.

But stop worrying.
Life isn’t a perfection contest.
And neither is your Christmas tree.

Let today be the day you loosen your grip just a little.
Let things be crooked, uneven, mismatched, or ā€œnot how you pictured.ā€

Because the magic comes from the moment — not the perfection. šŸŽ„šŸ’›

Day 3 — Life Isn’t a Race so stop worrying



One of the biggest reasons we worry is because we rush ourselves, I do it all the time.
We feel like everything has to be done right now — the work, the errands, the cleaning, the messages, the responsibilities… all of it piling up at once. And now with the Holidays approaching it gets worse!

But here’s the truth we forget:

😘 Life isn’t a race.
You don’t have to finish everything in one day.
You don’t have to push yourself to exhaustion.
You don’t have to carry the whole world on your shoulders.

There will always be more to do — at work, at home, and in life. The list refills faster than you can check things off.

So today, give yourself permission to:

• Move a little slower
• Let something wait until tomorrow
• Take breaks without guilt
• Do one thing at a time instead of everything at once

When you stop racing, you stop worrying.
Your mind softens. Your body relaxes.
You start to realize that the world doesn’t fall apart when you pause —
in fact, your peace grows.

Let today be the day you remind yourself:

Day 2 — Stop Worrying by Letting Go of the ā€œSmall Stuff.ā€

How many of you have worried about something… only for it to never happen the way you imagined?
I know I do — all the time. It’s one of my vices. My mind can take the smallest thing and turn it into a whole story. 😭

So many of my clients worry about
money problems, job stress, the what-ifs, and all the things we simply cannot control.
And after years of doing this work — and living through it myself — I realized something:
Most of the things we stress about won’t matter tomorrow…and they definitely won’t matter a year from now.
So every time you catch yourself worrying about something small —
• a mistake you made
• a comment someone said
• a mess, a delay, or the ā€œshould havesā€ and ā€œcould havesā€ —pause… take a slow breath… and remind yourself:
ā€œThis is small. I don’t need to carry it.ā€

ā¤ļøLet today be the day you stop giving your energy to the tiny things that STEAL your peace.

Day 1 — Worry Less, Breathe More
Worry can feel overwhelming — I know, I feel it too.
But today, let’s take one small step together.
Pause… breathe… and remind yourself that not everything needs your energy.
Did you know that Slow, deep breathing signals your brain that you are safe.
This turns on — the ā€œrest and relaxā€ mode — which:
Lowers heart rate
Reduces blood pressure
Calms the stress response

It struck me, because if I’m honest… I worry all the time. And I know many of you do too. It’s normal. It’s human.

With everything happening in the world — and especially with the holidays around the corner — it’s no wonder so many of us feel stretched thin. This season is supposed to feel magical, but for many it brings pressure, expectations, memories, and a kind of worry that sits heavy on the heart.

Remember One Bad Apple Shouldn’t Ruin the Pie

Energy is powerful — it can lift us up or weigh us down. Sometimes, one negative experience or person can feel like that ā€œbad appleā€ in the mix. But Spirit reminds us: one low vibration doesn’t define the whole energy field.

Just as a pie is made of many ingredients — sweetness, warmth, and love — your life, too, is a blend of many beautiful moments and souls. When one element turns sour, it’s not a sign to throw away the whole creation. It’s simply an invitation to clear what no longer aligns and keep nourishing what does.
