It’s easy to question why we don’t sleep well or something is wrong with me and I used to sleep so good. But if we look at the behaviors we HAD naturally, you can reverse engineer the why I’m not now. We need magnesium and our food isn’t enough. If you’re not sleeping well, chances are highly likely your magnesium is depleted.
