FeedMore WNY and our partner hunger-relief agencies are preparing for a food crisis in November.

More than 201,000 of our community members will lose their SNAP benefits if the government shutdown continues past Nov. 1.

We are grateful to all who have reached out asking how to help. Here are some ways you can support your WNY neighbors:

💚 Donate Funds: Monetary donations allow us to purchase nutritious food items that may not otherwise be donated, as well as operate our vital programs that serve hungry community members of all ages. You can make an online donation at https://www.feedmorewny.org/give/

🍽️ Donate Food: Donations can be dropped off at our warehouse at 91 Holt St. Buffalo, NY 14206 on Mondays-Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

🕰️ Donate Time: We are always in need of volunteers to deliver Meals on Wheels and support a variety of needs. You can sign up to volunteer at https://www.feedmorewny.org/volunteer

🛒Check Out Hunger: You can donate at the register of area Wegmans now through November to support WNY neighbors, plus mark your calendars for upcoming Check Out Hunger campaigns at additional retail partners. Learn more here: https://www.feedmorewny.org/check-out-hunger/
