As the light shifts with the solstice and we move through the holidays and into a new year, the season invites us to slow down, reflect, and reset. ❄️✨

This is a time to care for our bodies, support our nervous systems, and create space for rest and renewal. I’m honored to be a part of this through yoga & myofascial release, and excited to share new services in the coming year. May the days ahead bring steadiness, warmth, and space to breathe as we move forward together.

‘Tis the season for slowing down and nourishing our bodies ✨

As the sky darkens and our schedules fill with holiday obligations, it’s easy to forget to make time to care for ourselves. Latitude Movement is here to make it a bit easier.

Located on the second floor , we offer a space to receive myofascial release, Graston therapy, cupping, and stretch therapy.

Trying to wrap gifts on the floor after 30? Shoveling wet heavy snow? Running around to holiday events and Christmas concerts? Fit in some time for yourself: we’re here Monday-Thursday and select Saturdays, evening hours are available!
