Our Women’s Health team came together at our Lockport office to celebrate Dr. Campagna, who retired on March 31. If you live in Lockport or the surrounding area, you may be familiar with Dr. Campagna’s career and legacy. He served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the former Eastern Niagara Hospital, where he cared for hundreds of moms and babies who came through the hospital doors. His care and compassion touched countless lives during his 50-year career, and we are honored to have called him colleague and friend at General Physician.

We thank him for his many years of service and dedication to our patients and wish him well in retirement. 💙

Please join us in welcoming Katie Alsheimer, DO, to General Physician! 📣

We're excited to welcome Dr. Alsheimer to our team of pulmonologists providing phenomenal care in Williamsville.

Dr. Alsheimer completed her undergraduate studies and her Doctorate in Chiropractory at D'Youville University. She moved on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

She then went on to complete an Internal Medicine Residency through the University at Buffalo and then an ACP-Guided Fellowship in Internal Medicine. She recently finished an ACGME Fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.

Dr. Alsheimer remains a steadfast supporter of the community, regularly volunteering through Career Village, TheMedNet and organizations supporting individuals with Tourette's syndrome.
