Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. 🔥 Late Cancel Policy Update! 🔥

Life happens—and we’re here to support you while keeping your momentum strong.

Starting Monday, February 2nd, if you late cancel a session, you’ll now have the opportunity to reschedule ONE Sweat Thirty or Punch Thirty session in place of the one you missed.

✔️ The standard $5 late cancel fee still applies

✔️ Your make-up session must be booked within 7 days of the original late cancel

This update is all about helping you stay consistent, show up for yourself, and keep moving forward—even when life gets in the way.

🚫 No Shows will still receive a $10 fee and will not be eligible for a make-up session.

⚠️ Late cancelling a make-up session follows the same late cancel guidelines.

This is about balance, accountability, and support—because progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about continuing to show up!

This week’s team workout is Barbell Thirty — one of our absolute favorites for a reason.

It’s a timed barbell workout, with up to one minute at each exercise, and every day brings a different focus. One day we dial in on lower body, another day we attack upper body, and another we bring it all together with total-body work. Same format, totally different challenge.

It’s powerful, it’s intentional, and it keeps things fresh all week long. Load the bar, lean into the work, and feel yourself get stronger every round.
