Each day we set up new workout circuits for you to complete that are sure to challenge you and get you sweating! training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. We are so excited to introduce you to the newest addition to our growing team!

Meet Madilin 👋🏼 Madilin is in her last year of her bachelor's in public health and plans to enter the healthcare administration field!

Her love for anything health and wellness related has led her to become a certified personal trainer, and she hopes that her energy can help others learn to love wellness as well!

⭐️ Fun fact: She is currently training for a half-marathon and loves baking in her free time!

Over the 14 Weeks she has become increasingly consistent with healthy habits and workouts AND IT SHOWS! She’s about 5lbs down and has experienced recomposition in her body and is still going 💪🏼

Meet Beth 👋🏼 Beth started with us back in January of this year. Since she has started, she has been extremely consistent with her weekly workouts. Her form has improved immensely and that alone just shows all of the hard work she has been putting in. She always comes in with a smiling face and a positive attitude. She is so kind and a joy to train! We wanted to give her a big shout out to let her know how proud we are of her! 👏🏼
