Energetically, it brings:
• 💡 Truth coming to the surface — emotions, patterns, relationship dynamics you can no longer ignore
• 🌊 Emotional purging — crying, exhaustion, irritability, vivid dreams, body aches
• ✂️ Karmic release — cords loosening, old identities shedding, timelines collapsing
• 🔦 Clarity after confusion — “Oh… that’s why this was happening.”

Spiritually, the Full Moon asks:

What has run its course, even if you once prayed for it?

❄️ Energetically, Imbolc brings:
• 🔥 Re-ignition of purpose — your inner fire flickers back on

In my prayer this morning, I asked God what He wanted me to hear today—and the word that came through so clearly was HOPE.
Hope for healing.
Hope for a better life.
Hope that reminds us to trust the process even when we can’t see the outcome.

Today, may we rest in the knowing that healing is happening and that a better life is unfolding, one day at a time.

Take a moment to breathe this in and repeat our mantra:

🕊️ Mantra of Hope and Healing

With every breath, I open to hope.
Light fills the places that once felt dark.
Healing is unfolding within me now.
I trust in the goodness that’s on its way.

May this hope carry you through the day and remind you that you are never alone on this journey. 💫
