Happy Monday ! What’s cooking , you’all?
For the Chicken:
* 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 5 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
* 1½ cups heavy cream
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
* ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
* ½ teaspoon onion powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta:
* 12 ounces rotini pasta
* 4 cups water
* 1 tablespoon salt
Optional Garnishes:
* Freshly chopped parsley
* Extra grated Parmesan
