BIG things are happening at Georgia Orthopedic Resources👏.
We are thrilled to have Mark DeMeza join our practitioner team👏. Mark is a CPO/LPO and brings 35 years of experience. His last 15 years was spent at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. He holds certifications in lower extremity microprocessors as well as direct socket system prosthesis. We celebrated this week with our first patient for Mark👏!

It was double the cuteness today!
Gage and Gavin pulled into the patient room in their blue jeep. They were extremely patient while being casted and both hugged one another and said,” good job.”
They boys love reading books and climbing.. and just being boys!

Children hit developmental milestones as they grow, like:
Standing
Cruising
Walking
Running
Talking
Socializing
But missing one, such as standing, can delay the next—also interfering with socializing and connecting with others.
That’s why the ability to stand or walk, granted by SMOs or AFOs, gives children confidence, better relationships, mental stimulation, and even improved language skills!
