Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs Recipe:
4 oz chicken breast
¼ cup fresh pineapple chucks
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground ginger
In a shallow bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Cut chicken breast into chunks. Alternate pineapple and chicken on skewer sticks. Coat skewers with vinegar mixture in dish, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.

Cinnamon Toast Recipe
1 slice 45-cal bread
1 packet sugar substitute
½ tsp cinnamon
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray
Lightly toast bread and place on small baking sheet, then use 5 sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. Sprinkle bread with sugar substitute and cinnamon and place under Broil on high for 2-5 minutes to toast further.

New York Style Cheesecake

Filling:
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1 packet very vanilla pudding protein supplement
1 packet lemonade protein supplement
3 packets sugar substitute
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 packet Knox unflavored gelatin
¼ cup hot water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Crust:
¾ cup Melba toast
10 sprays I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
3 packets sugar substitute
Place Melba toast in food processor until finely chopped. Add butter spray and sugar substitute. Press into pie pan. Chill crust wile mixing filling. Mix gelatin with hot water in blender on high. Add remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
