We've added two brand new classes to the weekly schedule, each designed to challenge your body in a completely different way.
Barre Pilates Fusion blends the precision of Pilates with the burn of barre, building strength, stability, and control from the inside out.
Kickboxing and Tai Chi Fusion brings together power and flow, combining high-energy movement with the grounding principles of Tai Chi.

Barre Pilates Fusion: Wednesdays ¡ 5:15â6:15 PM
Kickboxing / Tai Chi Fusion: Wednesdays ¡ 6:30â7:30 PM
