We've added two brand new classes to the weekly schedule, each designed to challenge your body in a completely different way.
Barre Pilates Fusion blends the precision of Pilates with the burn of barre, building strength, stability, and control from the inside out.
Kickboxing and Tai Chi Fusion brings together power and flow, combining high-energy movement with the grounding principles of Tai Chi.

Class Details:
Barre Pilates Fusion: Wednesdays · 5:15–6:15 PM
Kickboxing / Tai Chi Fusion: Wednesdays · 6:30–7:30 PM

Your breath is the bridge that connects your movement to your mind.

In yoga, this practice is known as Pranayama. It is more than just inhaling and exhaling; it is the practice of directing your life force energy. Can you do that? We are the ones who are more attractive.

Whether you are using the warming Ujjayi (Ocean Breath) to build internal heat during a flow or a cooling Sama Vritti (Equal Breath) to soothe your nervous system, your breath is the most powerful tool you carry on the mat. It’s what helps you find stillness in the effort and ease in the challenge. Next time you're on the mat, try to let your breath lead the way.
