This holiday season, treat yourself — and our residents — to something special. We’re selling delicious homemade pies for $20 each, with 100% of the proceeds going toward campus enhancements at Sunshine Meadows.

🗓 Delivery & Pickup: Wednesday, November 26 — stop by Sunny’s Café in Buhler between 7 AM – 2 PM to pick up your pie.
💛 Each purchase not only satisfies your sweet tooth, but helps us improve the spaces and experiences for our community of residents.

Our residents had such a fun treat today — not one, but two costume parades!
This morning, Buhler Grade School students stopped by to share their adorable costumes and big smiles. Then at lunch, our amazing Sunshine Meadows team showed off their festive outfits and Halloween spirit!

Open Enrollment is the time to review your insurance coverage to ensure you understand your current plan and benefits.

SMRC is not in network with Medicare Advantage plans.

Individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans have found that these plans may not cover long-term or skilled nursing care. This can affect those who may need rehabilitation, extended nursing, or long-term care services in the future.

What You Can Do:
Check your insurance card.
If it includes the word “Advantage,” you may want to speak with a licensed insurance agent to better understand your coverage and available options during this open enrollment period.

🎉 Hallelujah Party Tonight! 🎉

One of our sponsoring churches, Victorious Life Church, is hosting their annual Hallelujah Party tonight, October 26th, from 4:30–6:30 p.m. at 1200 E. 10th Ave., Hutchinson.

All kids and families are invited for fun, fellowship, games, and plenty of candy! 🍬
There will also be a lite chili dinner starting at 6:00 p.m.

Our residents love a good round of trivia, and one of their favorite games is Name That Tune! They listen to short snippets of songs and use clues to guess the titles, filling the room with laughter, memories, and a bit of friendly competition. Sometimes it even turns into an impromptu sing-along!

We had a wonderful visit from our sheepdog friends this week, and it brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces. The playful pups were full of energy and love, giving everyone plenty of cuddles and joy. Moments like these remind us how special animal visits can be in brightening our days.
