Forward doesn’t always feel strong.
Sometimes it feels quiet… uncomfortable… uncertain.

But healing isn’t about perfection—
it’s about consistency.

Keep going. Even like this.

If it’s on your heart and on your mind… it matters.

Make it through it! Take the step. Therapy can help you make it through!

My heart is FULL again and again. 🥹📚✨

To everyone who has already purchased my book, Some Things Are Hard To Say — THANK YOU. Truly. Your support means more than you probably realize.

Every single book that went out has a personal message written just for you. I wanted each person who believed in this story to feel the gratitude behind it. This journey has been full of prayer, purpose, and a lot of heart… and seeing these orders go out near and far has me overwhelmed with joy.

Here’s just a small glimpse of what’s heading to mailboxes across the country right now. 📦💌

What started as a vision to help children feel seen, heard, and understood is now making its way into homes, classrooms, and hearts. And for that, I am incredibly grateful.

If you’ve already ordered, comment “📚 BOOK ON THE WAY” so I can celebrate with you!

Thank you for supporting the mission, the message, and the children this book was written for. My heart is truly overjoyed.

We are honored to celebrate a very special moment for our Founder & CEO, Chanté Clark, LCSW, on being recognized as Alumna of the Year by Campbell University.

This recognition reflects not only her professional accomplishments, but the heart, purpose, and calling behind the work she leads every day through Matters of the Heart & Mind Counseling and Consulting, PLLC.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, clinical supervisor, speaker, author, and mental health advocate, Ms. Clark has dedicated her career to serving children, adolescents, families, and communities.

Her leadership extends beyond clinical practice. Through Matters of the Heart & Mind, she provides therapy, clinical supervision, training, and speaking engagements; while also mentoring and developing the next generation of clinicians. Her impact continues to reach across multiple settings including schools, child welfare, community-based services, and private practice.

Grounded in faith and purpose, this recognition is a testament to the power of walking in your calling and using your gifts to serve others.

We are incredibly proud of her and grateful for the vision and the direction of her leadership.

Join us in celebrating this well-deserved honor! 🤍

Because if it’s on your heart and mind… it matters.

Some of us grew up carrying labels that were never ours to hold.

What people said…
how they treated you…
what they projected onto you…

That was about them.

Not you.

Unlearn it.
Release it.
Return to who you really are.

Save this if you needed the reminder.

Growth and healing are often influenced by the people we are connected to.

How has your support system impacted your healing or personal growth?

Progress is not just about intention, it is about responsibility and follow-through.

What does holding yourself accountable actually look like in your daily life?

Attending and presenting at the Southeastern School Behavioral Health Conference 💼✨

Grateful for the opportunity to be in spaces that pour into the work we do every day with children, families, and communities.

As both a clinician and a presenter, it’s always meaningful to:
• learn
• connect
• share knowledge
• and continue growing in how we support others

This work matters.
These conversations matter.
And the impact we make… matters.

Looking forward to continued collaboration and growth in the field of school behavioral health.

Growth requires the ability to pause, reflect, and take ownership of your patterns.

What has self-reflection revealed to you that changed how you move today?
