All Home Infusion works closely with your physician to provide complete coordination of patient care, including but not limited to infusion therapy, health care services, and medical equipment. We provide a high level of care in your home with therapy programs that are comprehensive, flexible and cost effective. These programs are supported by professionals at every level who understand the responsibility of providing patients with the highest quality of care. Continuity of care also results in smooth communications between caregivers, physicians, providers and families. Infusion therapy is medication or other fluids which slowly flows " infuses" through a tube into a patient's vein. Infusion therapy may also be called " intravenous" or "IV" therapy.
