Which supplements are best to take during the cold winter months and why? ❄️ 🧥

✅Vitamin D 10mcg 🌞
Often called the "sunshine vitamin," Vitamin D is essential during the winter when sunlight exposure is limited. It helps maintain strong bones, supports the immune system, and may help combat seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

✅Vitamin C 40mg 💪
This vitamin is well-known for its immune-boosting properties. It can help reduce the severity and duration of colds and flu, which are more common in winter.

✅Vitamin A 600-700mcg 👊
Vitamin A is important for maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, which can be vulnerable to dryness and irritation in cold, dry winter weather.

✅ZINC 💪
Zinc supports the immune system and helps with wound healing. Zinc can also help shorten symptoms when feeling sick from a cold.
