Joshua Springs Senior Living A retirement community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care. Residents will have choices in living accommodations, apartment location and services.

Joshua Springs Senior Living is a 3-story, senior housing community which will consist of 74 assisted living apartments as well as 30 memory care rooms within a 96,000 square foot building. This senior living community is purposefully designed to cater to active seniors, those needing assistance with activities of daily living, and those with dementia or other memory loss. Joshua Springs Senior Living will be providing residents with a beautiful home-like environment and personal care services as needed. Our active seniors may simply enjoy the benefits of no longer having to cook, clean or perform yard work and home maintenance, as these services are all included in their monthly rental fee. We honor the uniqueness of individuals and, as such, have incorporated as many options as possible into our programs. The first-floor common areas will consist of a Bistro in addition to our Dining Room. There will also be a Mail Room, a combination Performance/Theater/Chapel, and a Wellness Room (where we typically hold exercise classes). There are two patio areas with pergolas. Our second floor has a Beauty/Barber Salon, large Activity/Craft Room, Library, and a Lounge Area with a Pool Table. There will be 5 residential laundry rooms, 1 on the first floor and two each on the second and third. Memory Care will have a large Activity Room, separate Dining, Beauty/Barber Salon, and a nicely appointed and secured outside wandering yard for our residents.
