Dr. Mark White was born and raised in Casa Grande, AZ. He attended Central Arizona College and ASU for his undergraduate degrees before being awarded his DDS degree in 1982 from UOP in San Francisco. He has been practicing at his private practice here in Bullhead City for 41 years. Over the years, Dr. White has attended 1000’s of hours of intense training at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida, The Center for Dental Implants in Florida, and at Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ. Advancing dental skills and knowledge to the highest level has always been a priority in Dr. White’s practice. The technical aspects of dentistry have rapidly advanced in the past 15 years and have allowed Dr. White to provide more precise, efficient, and successful treatment for his patients. Dr. White was an early adopter of these technical advancements such as 3D imaging, CEREC single visit crowns & bridges, and guided implant surgeries. 🦷How Jaw Development Can Affect Children🦷

When a child’s jaws are smaller or narrower than ideal, it can sometimes affect more than just their smile. Because the jaws support the airway, teeth, and muscles of the face, growth issues may show up in different ways as a child grows.

Some signs parents may notice include:

• Snoring or noisy breathing during sleep
• Mouth breathing or restless sleep
• Frequent ear infections or enlarged tonsils
• Nighttime waking, night terrors, or sleepwalking
• Teeth that appear crowded or crooked
• Grinding or clenching teeth
• Headaches or jaw discomfort
• Speech challenges
• Frequent cavities
• Difficulty chewing or picky eating
• Ongoing bedwetting past typical ages
• Trouble focusing or staying attentive

Our Story

I frequently say that I have a job that I love. It's fun to come to work, and while the biggest part of that fun is to be a part of improving peoples’ lives and health, to help my patients is also totally fulfilling. I appreciate that our patients come to this office because of its constant drive to be the best, and I hope the joy we feel being a positive part of so many peoples’ lives is evident. The never-ending challenge of finding solutions to each individual’s needs provides a sense of achievement that I believe few people experience in their lifetimes. Education and Continuing Education Associate of Arts Degree – Central Arizona College Bachelor of Science Degree – Arizona State University Doctorate of Dental Surgery – University of the Pacific School of Dentistry As my calling is to be the best that I can be as a dentist, I am constantly pursuing excellence in knowledge, skills, and technology to the ultimate benefit of my patients. I am presently a mentor at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry where we have exposure to all phases of dentistry. I am especially involved in using the CEREC® CAD/CAM technology for single-visit crown and bridge creation, as well as 3D X-rays and CT scans. My training at the Pankey Institute elevated my knowledge and skill level to allow me to strive for and more frequently achieve excellence in my patient care and relationships. In addition, my involvement with the CEREC Doctors and Scottsdale Center for Dentistry has allowed me to associate and improve myself with dentists of a very high caliber. As a consultant with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, I am trained to evaluate patient treatment in response to claims of dental malpractice, or lack of standard of care. I have been blessed with six boys: Mark II, Joseph, Weylin, Hunter, Parker, and Cooper. Ella, my first and only girl, was recently born. I am passionate about being the best husband and father I can be. My free time is most often spent enjoying the outdoors, whether I’m big game hunting and riding off-road vehicles, or simply coaching my kids’ soccer and baseball teams. I’m also active in my community, both through my church, and by donating much needed dental care to those without access.
