Today was hands on CPR and first aid training our Westcare Arizona team had so much fun. Nestor was a great trainer. Lots of laughs.

Keep kids’ hands and minds busy this fall with fun, creative activities at home! Try making leaf garlands, acorn necklaces or bracelets, mini pumpkin decorating, or fall-themed mason jars. Little projects like these are a great way to stay engaged—and drug-free!

Here's how:
Leaf Rubbings or Painting: Explore patterns, textures, and hidden colors in leaves.

Owl Masks: Make wearable owl or other fall-animal masks.

Nature Collages: Combine leaves, twigs, and pinecones on cardboard or canvas.

Gratitude Tree: Create a tree on paper and add leaves listing things they’re thankful for.
