Fascinating update from a recent study: Ozempic (semaglutide) might be turning back the clock on aging! In a trial with people managing HIV-related fat buildup, weekly shots reversed their biological age by about 3 years on average after 32 weeks. The brain showed the most dramatic effect, slowing aging by nearly 5 years, while the placebo group saw no change. This seems linked to improved fat distribution and reduced inflammation.
