My new assistant Mr.Zen.

For those that dont know the back story he is the only surviving baby from the eggs I pulled from the dumpster a few months ago. He stops by daily to have a chat, get a drink, and grab a snack. Today was the closest hes ever gotten. My heart is happy. The simple things in life bring me joy.

As yall know I've been dealing with medical issues for some time now. I've been getting inconsistent advise from so many specialists and nobody listening to me about how I felt eating foods they were making me eat. Weight up and down and all around. Foods and macros were being guided by a nutritionist and Dr. My man kept saying they are trying to kill you. Well a retired Dr client put me onto the Stelo blood sugar monitor and it has been a game changer. I am not diabetic but its crazy what certain foods do to me. A week ago after dinner I went to Walmart to grab supplies. While in there I got clammy, shaky, agitated, racing heart, and damn near delirious. Couldn't figure out what was wrong and I looked at the monitor and my blood sugar crashed hard and fast. I ran and grabbed something to drink and stood there clinging onto my cart until my world seemed normal again. My dinner was nutritionist guided. Since then I have been paying extremely close attention to my monitor after I eat and it has been a game changer. Pretty much doing my own elimination diet at this point.

So all that to say this is the device I've been using. So if you haven't been feeling well and you think it could potentially be nutrition related or you think you may have some early onset blood sugar issues I highly suggest this Stelo monitor. No subscriptions just pay for one month at a time and stop when you want. It's definitely an eye opener. It's super easy to put on and doesn't hurt at all. Hope this helps someone
