Our Spinal Decompression table is a non-invasive therapy that stretches the spine to decompress discs and increase the flow nutrients and blood to the spine for healing.

Yesterday marked 1 month with our little bundle of joy (and 5 days in our new home 🏡)!! Lots of laughs, smiles, dirty diapers, and sleepless nights 🩵

I plan to return back to the clinic starting March 3rd, 3 days/ week! I miss you all, and am beyond grateful for all the positive words, blessings, diapers/wipes and little gifts I have received from everyone. To say we are blessed is a huge understatement! 😇

✨PREGNANCY SCHEDULE UPDATE!✨

We are just about 4(ish) weeks away from meeting baby Rosas!! The next few months will look a little differently in the clinic as Dr. Lindsey will be out on maternity leave ☺️

NORMAL HOURS will continue through December 20th with Dr. Lindsey!

We will be CLOSED from December 20th- January 5th.

Starting on January 6th, we will have Dr. Sanchez & Dr. Rachel treating patients on Mondays from 8:30am - 1:30pm until February 17th. Both docs treat very similarly to Dr. Lindsey & are dry needling certified as well! As you can tell, hours will be limited so plan accordingly :) we will NOT be taking new patients during this time! Dr. Lindsey plans to be treating patients again end of February/ beginning of March depending on labor & delivery recovery 💛

There is still availability open from today until next Friday (Dec 20) but we are booking up quickly!! Call or DM to schedule now 😀
