🎬 As promised… here it is — the Blooper Reel!

The team had a lot of fun making these ghost videos (even if not everyone could join in this time). There was plenty of laughter, some questionable coordination, and a few moments we definitely didn’t plan for. 😅

We might not always nail the serious stuff, but we sure know how to have fun together — and that’s what makes this team so special. 💙

👻 We’re not always great at remembering to make social media content, but the team really pulled together for this one — and had plenty of fun doing it! There were lots of laughs, and more bloopers than we can count (because let’s be honest… we can’t take ourselves too seriously for very long 😅).

We love what we do, and days like this remind us why — teamwork, community, and a little bit of laughter go a long way.

Keep an eye out for the Blooper Reel in a few days, because those moments might be even better than the final cut.

Here’s Dr. Hannah applying functional (kinesiology) tape for a patient experiencing knee pain.

Why we use functional taping:

• It helps reduce pain by gently lifting the skin, which decompresses underlying tissues and can interrupt pain signals.

• It enhances circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping reduce swelling and inflammation.

• It provides support and guidance to muscles and joints without restricting natural movement, promoting better alignment and body awareness.

• Studies show that consistent taping for knee conditions can improve pain, function, and strength.

How it works (in a nutshell):
The tape is applied with specific patterns and tension to stimulate sensory receptors in the skin. This input can decrease pain perception by stimulating mechanoreceptors in the skin and help the body “recalibrate” muscle activity, improving joint stability and movement patterns.

🔔 Functional taping is a supportive tool—not a cure on its own. It works best alongside targeted rehabilitation, adjustments, and movement retraining. Individual results may vary.
