Dr. Truesdell has been in private practice since 2005 with a focus on assessment (educational, forensic, and medical) and cognitive-behavioral interventions for depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and other medical conditions.

Dr. Truesdell works with children, adolescents, and adults and also provides Parenting Coordination/Parenting Facilitation services as well as mediation services, and is active in her community and past president for the Bexar County Psychological Association.
