My Favorite Things About December ✨

December has arrived, and with it comes all the little joys that make this month so special. Here are some of my favorite things right now:

Cozy Evenings at Home
There's something magical about settling in as the sun sets early, wrapped in a warm blanket with a good book or movie. The soft glow of twinkling lights makes everything feel more peaceful.

Hot Chocolate Weather
The crisp winter air is perfect for warming up with a rich hot chocolate topped with marshmallows or whipped cream. Bonus points if there's a dash of cinnamon or peppermint!

Holiday Music
Whether it's classic carols, jazzy renditions, or modern holiday hits, the seasonal soundtrack just hits differently in December. It's impossible not to feel a little more festive.

Twinkling Lights Everywhere
From neighborhood displays to storefronts to my own space, the warm glow of holiday lights transforms ordinary spaces into something enchanting.

**Comfort Food Season**
Hearty soups, freshly baked cookies, warm cider, and all the seasonal treats that make cold days feel extra special.

**The Spirit of Giving**
There's something beautiful about this time of year when people seem a little kinder, more generous, and more thoughtful about connecting with loved ones.

**Winter Walks**
Bundling up for a crisp walk on a clear December day, breathing in the cold air, and enjoying the quiet beauty of the season.

What are your favorite things about December? 🎄☕❄️

NOVEMBER TAUGHT ME... 🍂
That gratitude isn't about ignoring the hard stuff. It's about finding the good ALONGSIDE the hard stuff.
This month was: 📈 Stressful AND meaningful 😫 Exhausting AND beautiful
😤 Frustrating AND full of grace 😭 Overwhelming AND exactly what I needed
Both things can be true.
As we head into December (HOW?!), I'm carrying this with me: You can be tired and grateful. You can be struggling and blessed. You can be imperfect and enough.
What's one thing November taught YOU? 👇

Happy Thanksgiving,
I hope this post finds you well! I'm reaching out with an update about our upcoming book signing event.
Due to an exciting conflict: Round 3 of football playoffs, I've made the decision to reschedule the book signing to December. I know many of you share my passion and I didn't want to miss this important game—or ask you to choose between the two!
I'm currently finalizing the new December date and will send out all the details very soon, including:

I truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. This change will give us the chance to celebrate together without competing priorities, and I'm confident the December event will be worth the wait.
Thank you for your continued support—both for the book and for our Rangers!
In the meantime, if you haven't grabbed your copy yet, you can purchase the book here: https://a.co/d/80KWRgL
I'll be in touch shortly with the confirmed details.
Very Respectfully,
Dr. Karen
