Text received today:
Person: I need an appointment for a back rub today.
Me: I’m sorry, my first opening is December 5th.
Person: So you’re saying you don’t have a 9am today?
Me: No, I don’t. But I can refer you to another therapist if you’d like.
Person: Your customer service is terrible. I’ll never refer a single person to you.
#1 - I DO NOT give “back rubs” and anyone who asks for one is probably not my person.
#2 - I’m honestly trying to see where my customer service was bad.
#3 - I rarely, if ever, have same day openings. And if I do, my regular clients get first shot!
