In 101 years there have only been three owners - all respected residents of the Zebulon community who have all invested their lives in this special store. And in 101 years Zebulon Drug has grown. Tad and Lou Anne Adams bought Zebulon Drug Company in 1986. Zebulon Drug's gift division, Sycamore Crossing, expanded into its new facility in 1996. In 2002 Wendell Drug opened it's doors and in 2006 Bunn Drug was founded. Growth in our part of North Carolina is booming - new roads, new neighborhoods, new folks and lots of huge boxy chain pharmacies on every corner. Some drug stores feature expensive buildings in the middle of town, aisles piled high with anything from dog food to lawn chairs. You may find that having a prescription filled at one of these stores takes hours or even days. Zebulon, Wendell and Bunn drugstores all are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and in many cases, faster, more efficient computer systems than chain pharmacies. BUNN DRUG is now operating out of Zebulon Drug Company in downtown Zebulon at 303 N
Arendell Ave., on the corners of Arendell and Sycamore. We welcome our Bunn customers and have plenty of parking in front of our store, in the parking lot in the Sycamore Street side if the building, and in the lot within our drive thru.
Our drive thru is in the back of the pharmacy, easily accessible from Sycamore St.

We realize this is an unexpected and perhaps inconvenient change for our Bunn Drug customers. We are planning for this to be temporary and to accommodate all our customers smoothly and professionally.

For Refills: You can still call the Bunn phone at 919-497-1700 or the Zebulon number at 919-269-7481.
For your Doctors' Office:
Doctors should call or electronically transmit all prescriptions - ESPECIALLY CONTROLLED MEDICINES to Zebulon Drug .
For PATIENTS: You may come to our drive-thru or lobby. All filled prescriptions that were still at the Bunn location in Friday, 2/18 are waiting for you at Zebulon

WE ASK ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE BUILDING TO WEAR A MASK.
We want to keep other customers safe and our staff healthy.

For those folks who choose not to go to Zebulon for their pharmacy needs, we understand. Simply have the pharmacy of your choice call us at 919-269-7481 with a request to transfer your prescriptions or ask your Healthcare provider to send your prescriptions to a different drugstore.

Again, we plan for this situation to be temporary and we thank you for your business and your trust.

🚨Attention Residents:

We are aware of the congestion and backup on Arendell Avenue caused by the Covid testing site located on Dogwood Dr. We are working diligently with partners at this site and Wake County to come up with the safest solution possible.

Thankfully, there is an additional site located at Mudcats Stadium that you can also utilize to minimize the impact at this site.

Please note - these are by appointment only. If you do not have an appointment, you should not be in line. If the testing site on Dogwood Drive is overflowing - we will divert you to go to the other location to keep traffic on Arendell Ave. flowing as normal as possible.

We ask that you not block intersections as this increases the risk of traffic crashes.

This is a fulltime job in a great independent pharmacy that is an important part of the Bunn and Zebulon community. We are looking for an experienced pharmacy technician to take leadership role in all aspects of pharmacy work, including:
* understanding all aspects of counting,
* inputting prescriptions
* interacting with physicians' offices *understanding insurance
* being certified or close to certification. There are no nights or Sundays with a short Saturday rotating schedule with the company's other technicians.

The CDC is now recommending that masks be worn in public indoor settings to help slow the spread of the Covid Delta variant.
