When addressing the issues of Mental Health, Physical Health, and Stable Housing many fail to recognize how these issues coincide with each other. Help starts at home.

Phoenix Crossings, our Affordable Housing Development will address all three at a central location. Our 28-unit apartment complex, consisting of two- and three-bedroom units, will have onsite Mental Health, Primary Care, and community center dedicated to the residents and surrounding community.

Plans are in the works to bring Supportive Housing to Flagler County! Phoenix Crossings is a 28-unit housing development that will be located in Flagler County, to serve extremely low-income families, low-income families, veterans, and youth aging out of foster care.
