Our prenatal classes are taught by a trained doula and prenatal yoga educator who creates a warm, supportive space for you to slow down, stretch, breathe, and bond — with your baby and a group of incredible women on the same journey.

This gathering marks the beginning of our 10-month Elements of Serenity immersion. What's that? It's a slow, intentional journey through the Yamas and Niyamas, the guiding principles of yogic living.

We begin with Ahimsa (non-harm), exploring compassion starting with how we treat our bodies, our thoughts, and ourselves... and how that ripples outward into our lives.

This is a 2-hour guided experience, not a traditional yoga class. Expect grounding, breathwork, journaling, gentle movement, reflection, and a simple ritual. Some moments are quiet and inward, others invite conversation but sharing is always optional.

As we close the chapter on 2025, I’m feeling incredibly thankful.

This year held so much growth—inside the studio and far beyond its walls.
We moved, breathed, sweat, rested, laughed, and showed up together again and again. What continues to amaze me most isn’t just the classes…it’s the community that fills the room.

2025 also took us further than ever before.
Our first international retreat to Peru—something that once lived only as a dream—became real. We traveled, practiced, explored, and connected in ways that will stay with me forever. Alongside that, our camping retreats reminded us how powerful it is to slow down, unplug, and come back to what really matters.

Inside the studio, our workshops and gatherings created space for deeper conversation, reflection, and connection—proof that yoga is so much more than movement. It’s where people meet themselves and each other.

To every student, teacher, retreat guest, supporter, and friend:
thank you for trusting this space, for growing with us, and for being part of something that continues to evolve.
