It’s a lot. Not because we’re fragile, but because human beings were never designed to absorb global instability in real time, all day, every day.

When information moves faster than integration, clarity suffers. And when clarity suffers, fear fills the gaps. That’s why inner stability matters more than ever.

Awareness doesn’t require panic, and discernment shouldn’t lead to exhaustion.

Remember to step back from the noise when you need to.
Protect your attention.
Care for your body.
Sleep well. Eat well. Walk in nature.

I am so in love with what I am looking at. A whole flock of robins! I can go years without seeing ONE!! And a whole flock is in my backyard! I don’t dare move to the lanai to take pictures because I will scare them. I am 76, and I have never seen a flock of robins anywhere! So many wishes! (Wish upon the first robin of spring you see). Robins also bring blessings from the spirit world. What a wonderful experience!

Ways that Peacemakers Can Make a Difference

Peacemaking is active love.

Here are real ways peacemakers make a difference—especially in times like these:

• Speak truth without cruelty. You can name injustice, harm, or fear without becoming what you’re opposing. Calm, grounded voices cut through chaos far more than rage does.

• Refuse to dehumanize. When people are being reduced to labels, statistics, or “enemies,” peacemakers insist on seeing—and reminding others—of shared humanity. That alone shifts conversations and outcomes.

• Show up where it matters. That might mean peaceful protest, community organizing, writing letters, supporting ethical causes, voting your conscience, or protecting those who are vulnerable—all without hatred driving the action.

• Interrupt division in everyday moments. Peacemakers don’t wait for big stages. They change the tone in families, workplaces, online spaces, and communities by refusing to fuel fear, mockery, or cruelty.

• Hold steady when others escalate. Staying regulated in heated moments is not weakness—it’s leadership. Calm presence keeps situations from tipping into harm.

• Choose courage over comfort. Love doesn’t always look gentle. Sometimes it looks like setting boundaries, saying “this is not okay,” or standing with those who are being targeted—without losing your soul in the process.

Peacemakers are not here to disappear.

They are here to anchor sanity, protect dignity, and keep love alive when fear is loud.

This work is not passive.

It is disciplined.

It is brave.



And it is deeply needed right now.

THEY opened their message to me by a quote from Obi Wan. "There is a disturbance in the Force". THEY said "Are you being tested now? The answer is yes, you are being reminded of your promises. You have had learned lessons in the past on where to keep your focus, how to be the observer, and on forgiveness."

Yes there is a disturbance around the earth. Everyone is here for a reason, not a season. Many here on earth, agreed to be here to help others get through the shift and rise. All of you agreed to be here at this time. The time has come to teach what you have learned. THEY remind us this is not our first rodeo and no, it wasn't our agreement to just quit when things get tough.

"You are here to remind people of all the lessons that have been taught, all the training you have had. One person at a time, this is how it is done. You are being asked to step forward now and be counted. No, no bullhorns are needed! Instead, go quietly from one person to the next and ask How can I help?"

"You are to emphasize and remind them of the positive. They already know what is not positive! The job now is to point out that everyone, and we do mean everyone, is spirit. Spirit is far more wise, and powerful than most are aware of. It is time to evolve. This is the time!"

"Kindness! Forgiveness! We know you say this is easier said than done right now. Do you have forgiveness in your heart?"

Aynne says "I see THEY melding together as One powerful spirit now. THEY are reminding us what we came to do, why we are here now. And all of us have this massive support system already in place."

"THEY are showing me using a spyglass on a hill top. THEY say change what you are focusing on. People focus on what is wrong, ignoring what is good. Focus instead on lovers falling in love, a new baby born and held by it's parents, a person walking into their dream job on the first day. Focus on the JOY!"

"THEY are reminding us that what we focus on expands. They are repeating that. WHAT WE FOCUS ON EXPANDS."

"If you change your focus, you will affect everyone around you".

And so it is.
