and THEY are BACK! My newest book, I Love You, Goodbye is about grief and mediumship. Aynne was born a third-generation psychic and studied to be an astrologer in the late 1980s. She opened her business, Golden Trines Metaphysical in Syracuse NY in 1990. She later became a Reiki Master Teacher and ordained minister. She has produced Your New Life Expos in Syracuse, two CDs including I Believe in Angels and Tarot 101, and has been a writer and columnist for several periodicals, including the Holistic Resource since 2001. She is a frequent guest on radio and tv including two regular weekly shows for extended periods. When Aynne and her husband and cats moved to Palm Coast, Fl in 2009, she opened her office and also added teaching metaphysical topics to her schedule, as well as a weekly popular drum circle on Flagler Beach. She has guested at many fairs and events in Florida since her arrival. She facilitates an A Course in Miracles group every Thursday afternoon. While she has 'channeled' a group of guides and angels who call themselves THEY for many years, it wasn't until approximately 2010 when THEY began to channel messages for the masses. Some of these messages as well as some of the stories of her personal interactions with the angels came out in her first book Just Who Are THEY Anyway? (available on Amazon.)

THEY opened their message to me by a quote from Obi Wan. "There is a disturbance in the Force". THEY said "Are you being tested now? The answer is yes, you are being reminded of your promises. You have had learned lessons in the past on where to keep your focus, how to be the observer, and on forgiveness."

Yes there is a disturbance around the earth. Everyone is here for a reason, not a season. Many here on earth, agreed to be here to help others get through the shift and rise. All of you agreed to be here at this time. The time has come to teach what you have learned. THEY remind us this is not our first rodeo and no, it wasn't our agreement to just quit when things get tough.

"You are here to remind people of all the lessons that have been taught, all the training you have had. One person at a time, this is how it is done. You are being asked to step forward now and be counted. No, no bullhorns are needed! Instead, go quietly from one person to the next and ask How can I help?"

"You are to emphasize and remind them of the positive. They already know what is not positive! The job now is to point out that everyone, and we do mean everyone, is spirit. Spirit is far more wise, and powerful than most are aware of. It is time to evolve. This is the time!"

"Kindness! Forgiveness! We know you say this is easier said than done right now. Do you have forgiveness in your heart?"

Aynne says "I see THEY melding together as One powerful spirit now. THEY are reminding us what we came to do, why we are here now. And all of us have this massive support system already in place."

"THEY are showing me using a spyglass on a hill top. THEY say change what you are focusing on. People focus on what is wrong, ignoring what is good. Focus instead on lovers falling in love, a new baby born and held by it's parents, a person walking into their dream job on the first day. Focus on the JOY!"

"THEY are reminding us that what we focus on expands. They are repeating that. WHAT WE FOCUS ON EXPANDS."

"If you change your focus, you will affect everyone around you".

And so it is.

This year's card is being written and mailed this week and next. THIS card is different, though. Usually, I paint a picture for a card or stage a photo for the card. This year, I was rushed, no time to paint. I have been taking AI classes...and thus, I teamed up with ChatGPT, and together we created this year's card!

So last week my tire light came on. I have a new air machine I bought and haven't used yet but I kept being told to go to Tom Gibbs and have them look at them. So I did. The tires were fine but my brakes were well into the danger zone of two. So here I am getting my brakes done and grateful that I was "told"insistently to go to Gibbs instead. By the way when I last had the car serviced late winter no mention was made of my brakes entering the danger zone. I hate to think what may have happened if I hadn't come here about the air in my tires. Lesson? Listen to that "voice " in your head. It could save your life

The world is a really crazy place right now, and please remember, no matter how much it looks like outside influences toss and turn you like a tossed salad, the truth is that Peace is an Inside Job. Even five - ten minutes a day, spent in meditation or just quiet reflection, can make a huge difference in your peace!
