This is a great Tuesday Tip:
Planning your week will cut down on last minute decisions. I always have a couple of options to go with, according to what I'm in the mood for. For me, prepping chicken and beef gives me a great base for some great meals quick.

Tip Tuesday: Shop smart. Don’t just decide each day what to eat. Have a grocery plan, so you have healthy ingredients on hand. This will stop you from resorting to take-out food or other poor choices. It’s also better not to shop in bulk because oversized items increase your chances of over-eating.
