Leg length discrepancy can lead to muscle tightness and compensation throughout the hips, lower back, and legs.
Here are four stretches that can help reduce tension and support better movement:
🔹 Hip flexor stretch – helps address pelvic tilt and front-of-hip tightness
🔹 Hamstring stretch – supports more balanced stride and pelvic alignment
🔹 Piriformis stretch – helps reduce hip rotation and uneven loading
🔹 Quadratus lumborum (QL) stretch – targets deep lower-back tightness caused by compensation
While stretching will not correct a true leg length discrepancy, it can help improve comfort and mobility.
