Aperion Care Burbank’s comfortable facility in Chicago’s south suburbs is a small facility that provides you with a tranquil environment for recovery. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, our facility provides therapy up to 7 days per week during your post-hospital care and rehabilitation.

The Geriatric Psych program is designed to address the specific needs of dementia and Alzheimer’s residents with skilled attention. Additionally, our facility features daily housekeeping and laundry services, a full service beauty salon, cable TV, WiFi, and a full calendar of activities.
