Our classes in Korean Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, and rhythmic movement combine East Asian healing and energy philosophies. Body & Brain Yoga has been flourishing in Burbank, CA since 2018. We offer a unique Korean style of Yoga as well as Ki-Gong/Tai Chi, and our classes fuse various meditations and breathwork into a powerful flow that leaves you relaxed but also FULL of energy and ready for your day (or night!)

What makes us special? Our classes are accessible for all ages, body types, and physical conditions, and you will find a wide range of all of the above when you come. The exercises themselves are simple - no handstands or pretzels here - but they are designed to open up all the meridian channels in your body and then accumulate the flowing energy into a solid ball in your core. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a newcomer to the practice, you will leave with energy flowing through your body and ready to pour out into your life! Our instructors are seasoned and focus a lot on providing personal care and awareness for each student. Memberships include once-a-month private check-ins for anyone who has questions or wants individualized help. We know each student is a unique person with a unique body and unique needs, and we take pride in helping everyone get the greatest benefit from their workout through this personalized care.
