My approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed by emotional or physical discomfort—I see you. Through somatic therapy and mindful movement, I help people:
Release held tension and pain
Work through past trauma stored in the body
Build self-trust, safety, and nervous system regulation
You don’t need to have the perfect words or be “ready.” You just need to show up. I’ll meet you there.
