Prenatal & Mommy & Me Pilates
This gentle, supportive class is designed for expecting and new moms alike—whether you’re preparing for baby or bringing baby along. Each session incorporates props, standing work at the barre, and core-safe movement with minimal time spent on your back on the mat. If you’re bringing your little one, we’ll provide time and space for tummy time—just bring a blanket, a few toys, and a baby wearing carrier during standing exercises. Rebuild strength, support your changing body, and connect with other local mamas in a welcoming, nurturing environment.
