Meet Jessica King, MSW, LCSW, E-RYT, SEPš§āāļø
With over 20 years of yoga experience, Jessica initially approached yoga as a āworkoutā but discovered its deeper, transformative connection between mind and body. Certified in vinyasa yoga, she has also trained in trauma-informed, prenatal, kids, and yoga for athletes. Her teaching philosophyā'when we know better, we do better'āblends psychoeducation with experiential practice.
Jessica owns Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness, where she integrates mindfulness and holistic care to help individuals navigate stress, burnout, and transformation.
⨠Join Jessica for Unlocking Calm: A Journey through Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory on Saturday, February 22, from 10 AM-1 PM. This workshop combines education and practice to explore the nervous system, process stress, and find calm.
