Do you know how I got started w/ yoga? By taking an Intro To Vinyasa workshop. I felt so intimidate by the mystery of yoga that I was never brave enough to go to a class on my own. I'm so excited to be able to offer this workshop to students that may feel the same way, or maybe want to revisit their practice. I hope to see you on the mat! ❤

Negative energy can stay trapped in our bodies in the form of tension and habitual movement patterns. Sun salutations stimulate stuck energy and help to clear obstacles that are no longer serving you. While in these poses students will be provided readings to offer deeper insight into how chakras affect our daily lives. Students will be given a handout that includes Yoga poses, stones, oils, chants, Pranayama, mantras, and more so they can continue their chakra work at home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yogis!

I'll be teaching ONLINE this Wednesday, March 25 at noon at Aya Yoga Oasis. This is a Yin class, I am recommending at least 2 pillows and a blanket. (If you have bolsters, blocks, or any other props at your disposal they will only add to your practice.)

You can sign up via their website, select Wednesday on the calendar and BOOK next to my name. You need to register via Aya's website in order to participate. Zoom will send a link 15min prior to the class for you to join. It's so simple and easy!

Aya is also offering their 2 week special for $27 to ALL STUDENTS. As you can guess, the fitness industry has been hit hard and this is a creative way for them to continue to teach, pay their teachers, and remain open once protective measures have been lifted.
