Myofascial Release (MFR) is an effective self massage technique that uses tools to target the fascia or connective tissues in the body.
When done properly, it can soften areas of stress and tension, increase range of motion, improve circulation, and encourage a calm state in your physical body and mind.
In this 90 minute workshop, Meagan Lass will guide you through self MFR for the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
In this workshop you will:
-Explore some of the common culprits for neck and shoulder pain
-Learn targeted techniques utilizing massage balls and common yoga props to address areas of pain and discomfort and improve overall posture
-Leave with tools to tend to your neck, shoulders and upper back any time you need
